Job Description
Summary of Position
The CAN Data Analyst supports key initiatives in data structuring, business intelligence, governance, and report modernization—while helping maintain the health, security, and reliability of our Power BI environment. You’ll work hands-on with SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel to ensure data accuracy, monitor automated processes, and optimize reporting across the organization.


The insights you generate will directly influence how Canadians access virtual care, supporting improvements in clinical quality, operational efficiency, program performance, and pricing. You’ll work with diverse datasets—including clinical encounter data, operational workflow metrics, and membership and financial information—to help leaders make informed decisions that enhance care delivery and program effectiveness. This is a high-visibility role where your work will have real impact in a fast-moving, mission-driven healthcare environment.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Deliver analytics, ROI analysis, insights, and data storytelling to support standardized reporting for client and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy by performing validation checks, investigating anomalies, and developing automated exception and validation reports.
