Job Title:) Business Systems Analyst ( ServiceNow, BPMN 2.0, B2B products ) Location: 100% remote ( work CST or EST time zone ) • 4+ years’ experience as a business analyst in a business change and optimizing environment (B2B environment) and experience with ServiceNow platform) (ServiceNow environments) • • 4+ years’ experience in business product & process modeling within business lines (BPMN 2.0 software) • • Current experience with Business process modeling using different BPM Modeling tools (BPMN 2.0) • • As a Business Analyst – experience with Development methodologies for processes, products, and services in a B2B environment • • Recent experience with diagramming using (Visio / Gliffy) As a Business Analyst, you will be working for the Global Operations organization which is a heavy consumer of the ITSM module in ServiceNow covering Asset, Change & Maintenance Management in addition to Event, Incident & Problem Management. § Perform impact analysis/assessment of the current business processes, understand best practices, identify gaps, define future state business and system process flows § Mapping of customer journeys § Identify risks within the product, people, process and systems § Preparing / reviewing user acceptance test scenarios and scripts § Support user acceptance testing and defect analysis § 4+ years’ experience as a business analyst in a business change and optimizing environment § 4+ years’ experience in business product & process modeling within business lines § Development methodologies for processes, products, and services in a B2B environment § Interacting with the business to create and translate user stories and business requirements § Business process modeling using different BPM Modeling tools (e.g., BPMN 2.0) § Experience using mainstream development methodologies e.g. waterfall and agile § Senior level diagramming (Visio/Gliffy) § Experience in creating (business) uses cases (UML 2.0+) § Experience with ServiceNow platform
