About this role
What You Can Expect
In this role, you'll support the operations, adoption, and continuous improvement of Zoom's connected planning ecosystem. You'll work across use cases and business domains, adapting to where the need is greatest. As well as serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team. This is a support and program management function designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can flex across priorities.
About The Team
Zoom's Enterprise Apps team builds and supports the connected planning systems that power decision-making across our business. We partner with Finance, Go-To-Market, and People Experience teams to deliver scalable, reliable planning solutions. We're looking for someone who can help us do that better, faster, and more consistently as we grow.
Responsibilities
- Supporting day-to-day operations of Zoom's connected planning platform, including user issue triage, access provisioning, and stakeholder communication across Go-To-Market, Finance, and People Experience teams.
- Acting as a Go-To-Market support partner — fielding planning requests, routing issues to the right resources, and managing follow-through to resolution.
- Conducting root cause analysis on platform issues and apply business process knowledge to identify systemic gaps and recommend improvements.
- Coordinating program and project management activities for platform enhancements: logging and tracking tickets, aligning with developers, and keeping stakeholders informed on status and timelines.
- Creating and maintaining process documentation, user guides, and field-level definitions that enable business users to self-serve.
- Participating in UAT cycles and support data validation between the planning platform and upstream systems (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, Snowflake).
- Identifying opportunities for model cleanup, report consolidation, and operational improvements in coordination with the architecture team.
