Role Summary

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with strong Tableau expertise to design, develop, and support interactive business intelligence reports and dashboards. This role focuses on creating reliable, production‑ready BI solutions, supporting data validation and testing, and delivering clear technical documentation and reporting outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and web‑based BI reports
• Create and manage Tableau code, rules, tasks, and fields
• Configure and support batch processing and scheduled data jobs in Tableau
• Engineer, validate, and process test data to support reporting accuracy
• Produce technical documentation, including design standards and technical specifications
• Develop architecture and interface documentation to support BI solutions
• Support software testing activities, including unit testing and validation
• Deliver fully functional, accurate, and timely reports deployed to production environments
• Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support documentation for operational teams
• Maintain issue logs, quality assurance documentation, and status reports

Required Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience developing and managing Tableau dashboards and reports
• Experience organizing business rules, tasks, and fields within Tableau
• Familiarity with batch processing and automated data jobs in Tableau
• Experience engineering and validating test data
• Understanding of software testing concepts, including unit testing
• Ability to create clear technical and design documentation
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting production BI environments
• Background in quality assurance or data validation processes
• Experience delivering training or knowledge‑transfer sessions
• Familiarity with enterprise data and reporting standards
