📣 We’re looking for a Business Development & Operations Manager in New York City

We’re launching two creative ventures and looking for someone who can help us grow sales and manage the practical details of bringing our products and experiences to customers.

What we’re building:

AI-powered interactive installations
— talking animatronic characters and “magic” mirrors featuring interactive 3D avatars, for events, brand activations, retail spaces, and other venues.

Custom light-up earrings
— original, 3D-printed designs with lighting components, which we plan to sell through our own online store.

This role combines business development, sourcing, production coordination, and logistics. We’re looking for someone who enjoys finding customers and making sure orders and projects get delivered.

What you’ll do — Interactive installations:

• Find potential clients and build relationships with brands, event agencies, retailers, and venues.

• Arrange demos, pitch our installations, follow up on leads, and close deals.

• Work with our team on proposals, pricing, project scope, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate transportation, venue access, local vendors, setup, and removal.

• Serve as a local point of contact for clients and production partners.

What you’ll do — Light-up earrings:

• Find and evaluate 3D-printing companies, compare quotes, and coordinate samples and production.

• Source suitable lighting components, batteries, jewelry findings, and other materials from Amazon and other suppliers.

• Coordinate prototype assembly and testing with our creative team and suppliers, checking comfort, durability, and reliable lighting.

• Arrange and manage assembly, quality checks, packaging, and inventory.

• Track production costs and timelines, and help us establish workable pricing and margins.
