Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive business initiatives by analyzing requirements, optimizing processes, and delivering data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• **Requirement Gathering & Analysis:** Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and define clear business objectives.
• **Process Improvement:** Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• **Stakeholder Communication:** Bridge the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment and clarity of project goals.
• **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Gather, interpret, and visualize data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• **Solution Design:** Work with developers, architects, and product teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions.
• **Agile & Waterfall Methodologies:** Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming while also being comfortable with traditional project management frameworks.
• **Risk Management:** Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity during project execution.
• **Documentation & Compliance:** Maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and regulatory compliance documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• **5+ years** of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, Finance, Healthcare, or ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of **business process modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools** (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
