Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled
Business Analyst
to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze requirements, work with cross-functional teams, and help deliver effective, data-driven solutions in an Agile environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, developers, and QA teams.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze business data using SQL and identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Support UAT, defect tracking, testing, and solution validation.
• Identify process improvements and recommend practical solutions.
• Track project requirements, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Communicate project updates and findings to business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 2–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience creating user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SDLC and software development processes.
• Experience in enterprise applications, data, finance, healthcare, retail, or other business domains.
