Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into clear project scope and objectives
- Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and SharePoint, ensuring alignment with project management methodologies like PMBOK, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Waterfall, and Agile frameworks including SAFe and Kanban
- Coordinate software development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, test case creation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release management
- Manage project schedules, track progress using Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and other project management software to ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate communication across technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clarity on project goals and deliverables
- Oversee enterprise solutions implementation involving databases such as SQL and Oracle, IT infrastructure upgrades, cloud computing initiatives (AWS), disaster recovery planning, and IT governance compliance
