About The Role
The Business Intelligence Analyst at Lumen plays a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and supporting data-driven, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency and transparency within Service Delivery functions. This remote position requires collaboration with various business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and translate these into scalable solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The analyst will ensure all automation and AI capabilities adhere to AI Governance, security, and compliance standards, promoting responsible use of AI technologies. The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical professional with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and responsible technology deployment.
