About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Business Analyst specializing in AI-Enabled Commerce to join our team, preferably based in San Mateo, CA, or remotely on the West Coast. This senior individual contributor role focuses on leading complex business analysis for high-impact AI and machine learning initiatives across digital commerce, personalization, subscriptions, and publishing operations. The successful candidate will translate broad commercial objectives into precise, measurable business requirements, partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data science, and influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and structured problem framing. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiencies through process improvement and automation, supporting experimentation around revenue growth, and mentoring team members in AI/ML business analysis methodologies.
