About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Appian Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a vital bridge between our Appian product teams, clients, and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with product teams and engage with customers to gather, analyze, and define requirements specific to Appian applications. You will support the development lifecycle by conducting requirement discovery, process modeling, and data analysis to ensure the delivery of effective, user-centric solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements refinement for information systems
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across all organizational levels
• Experience working with process-based documentation methods such as use cases, Agile user stories, and process modeling
