POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Analyst is a strategic role focused on supporting the success of business-critical products and platforms that enable core operations across the organization. This role is centered on product ownership, business analysis, and stakeholder partnership. The individual in this role develops deep expertise in assigned business platforms, partners with business and product stakeholders to define and prioritize needs, and helps ensure solutions deliver measurable business value, usability, and operational effectiveness.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Product Ownership & Subject Matter Expertise

• Serve as the dedicated Business Analyst for an assigned product or platform, building andmaintainingdeep functional knowledge and subject matterexpertise.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business questions, product capabilities, enhancement opportunities, and decision support related to the assigned platform.
• Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes supported by the product andidentifyopportunities to improve effectiveness, consistency, and user experience.
• Monitor product usage, stakeholder feedback, business outcomes, and operational trends to support continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product leadership to support roadmap planning, prioritization discussions, and release readiness based on business value and stakeholder needs.
• Maintain awareness of platform capabilities, configuration options, and processimpactsin order toadvise stakeholders on practical, business-focused solutions.

Requirements & Stakeholder Management

• Lead discovery sessions, interviews, and working meetings with business stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, business rules, and opportunities for improvement.
