About this role
Company Description
Tradeweb is a global leader in electronic trading across asset classes. As
financial markets become increasingly interconnected, our technology enables
efficient, multi-asset trading on a global scale. We serve more than 3,000
clients in more than 85 countries, including many of the world’s largest banks,
asset managers, hedge funds, insurers, corporations, and wealth managers.
Creative collaboration and sharp client focus have helped fuel our organic
growth. We facilitated average daily trading volume (ADV) of more than $2.8
trillion over the past four fiscal quarters, topping $3.3 trillion in ADV for
the first quarter of 2026.
Since our IPO in 2019, Tradeweb has completed four acquisitions and doubled our
revenues – and 2025 was our 26th consecutive year of record revenues.
Tradeweb plays a central role in modernizing market structure by developing
innovative trading protocols, embedding analytics into execution, and building
technology infrastructure that supports the convergence of traditional and
digitally native financial markets. Tradeweb is a great place to work,
recognized in 2025 by Forbes as one of America’s Best Companies and by U.S. News
& World Report as one of the Best Financial Services Companies to Work For.
As a technology-driven organization, we value individuals who embrace innovation
and are eager to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve

Group Details
Join the Tradeweb team to help support, operate and grow the electronic trading
and regulatory reporting platforms used by clients in more than 65 countries.
Our platforms facilitate approximately $780 billion in trading each day, giving
you the opportunity to contribute to systems that sit at the heart of global
financial markets.
You will be joining a high-performing team within a growing $20 billion
business. The role combines client interaction, data analysis, platform
monitoring and hands-on problem solving. Working fo the Co-Head of Global
Markets, you will be involved in working on numerous projects at the heart of
the business. One moment you may be helping a dealer resolve a query; the next,
you may be analyzing an unexpected trend, investigating a platform issue or
identifying a better way for the team to work.
We are looking for people whose instinct is to ask why, understand how things
connect and keep digging until an issue makes sense. You will not always begin
with perfect information or a ready-made answer. You will be expected to form a
view from the evidence available, test your assumptions, involve the right
people and recommend practical next steps.
Curiosity matters here, but curiosity without follow-through is not enough. We
value people who are prepared to do the hard work: examine the data, learn the
detail, stay with a difficult problem and take ownership through to resolution.
You will need sound judgement, resilience and a clear head under pressure - as
well as the confidence to speak up when you see a better solution.
