Role Description
The Applied AI Solution Engineer works with our Enterprise Client is a full-time remote role focused on designing, implementing, and supporting AI-driven solutions for enterprise customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with client stakeholders to understand business processes and data landscapes, translating requirements into technical solution designs, and configuring iGOT.AI’s ontology and RAG-based platform for specific use cases. The role involves building and integrating AI agents into existing systems, performing solution demos and technical deep dives, and supporting proof-of-concept and pilot deployments. The engineer will work closely with sales, presales, and consulting teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and expansion of iGOT.AI solutions across client organizations. Ongoing activities include troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, documenting architectures, and contributing feedback to product teams for continuous improvement.
