About this role

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Anesthesia Operations Manager’s main responsibilities are providing direct support to the Director of Anesthesia Services and/or the Anesthesia Medical Director(s) by assisting with operational and administrative activities. Must have the ability to handle multiple projects. Strategic planning with leadership team to establish and reach company annual goals. Oversee operational daily activities and maximize operational efficiency of the anesthesia department.


REPORTS TO:
Director of Anesthesia Services


Responsibilities

• Support operational leadership across the organization- Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance
• Perform personnel functions including supervising, interviewing, hiring, performance appraisals and disciplinary action as necessary.
• Track staffing requirements and coordinate monthly staff schedule
• Assist with biweekly payroll
• Assist with anesthesia integration project plans
• Work collaboratively with anesthesia vendors

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required with a course concentration in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years healthcare management experience strongly preferred; must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
