Alexa International is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the First Time User Experience and Onboarding CX for Alexa+ across multiple endpoints in all international countries. Alexa+ is our next-generation, generative AI-powered personal assistant — more conversational, intelligent, and personalised, designed to help customers get things done effortlessly.


As a Senior Product Manager in the Alexa International Growth team, you will shape how millions of customers first interact with the all-new Alexa through LLM-powered conversational experiences across Echo Devices, Fire TV, Web, and Mobile. You'll lead the end-to-end onboarding customer experience across voice and chat interfaces, making decisions that directly impact how customers discover and engage with consumer AI technology.
