Role Description
This full-time, on-site AI/ML Engineer role is based in Chandler, AZ. The AI/ML Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and intelligent systems to support business and product goals. Daily responsibilities include researching and implementing algorithms, building and training neural network architectures, and performing data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, integrating models into production systems, and optimizing performance, scalability, and reliability. The AI/ML Engineer will also document solutions, maintain code quality, and stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and data-driven technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, including data structures and software engineering best practices.
