About The Role
We are seeking an entry-level AI Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, optimizing, and deploying machine learning systems that enhance our data processing capabilities. Your responsibilities will include working on data-matching projects, automating workflows, and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns to improve the accuracy and efficiency of data handling. The ideal candidate will have a passion for AI and machine learning, a strong foundation in programming, and a desire to contribute to impactful healthcare solutions. This position offers flexibility with remote work options outside of New Jersey, and hybrid work arrangements within the state.


Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of programming experience in Python and standard machine learning libraries
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, or large language model workflows
• Experience working with data pipelines, cleaning, transforming, and preparing large datasets
• Familiarity with deploying AI models in cloud environments
