Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on AI Product Engineer to join our Banking Technology group. This is a senior-level, strategic role designed for a leader who thrives at the intersection of product management, artificial intelligence, and software engineering. You will be responsible for shaping the future of our financial products by identifying high-impact opportunities for AI and leading the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to scaled production.

This is not a traditional development role. We are looking for a product-minded technologist who can bridge the gap between complex business challenges and cutting-edge AI solutions. You will be heavier on the "product" side—defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap—while maintaining the deep technical expertise to guide a cross-functional team in building and shipping world-class, AI-powered applications.

Responsibilities

• **Define the Vision:** Own the product strategy for AI initiatives within Banking Technology. Analyze market trends, internal business processes, and user pain points to identify and champion new opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
