We're looking for an AI GTM Engineer who enjoys building scalable systems using AI, automation, and data not just running campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Build AI-powered outbound and lead generation workflows.
• Create automations using tools like Clay, HubSpot, n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Design AI agents to improve sales and marketing operations.
• Integrate APIs and connect business systems.
• Optimize CRM workflows and revenue operations.
• Collaborate with founders to build scalable GTM infrastructure.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in GTM, automation, RevOps, or AI workflows.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or related GTM platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a builder mindset.
• Comfortable learning new AI technologies quickly.

Nice to Have

• Experience with JavaScript or Python.
• API integration experience.
• Knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation.
