We're looking for a hands-on AI Automation & Integration Engineer who can take a client's business problem and build a reliable, production-ready solution.

This is not primarily a machine-learning research position. We're looking for someone who knows how to integrate today's AI platforms, APIs, CRMs, communication systems, and automation tools into real businesses.

What You'll Build

Projects may include:

• AI voice receptionists
• AI sales and appointment-setting agents
• Automated lead capture and qualification
• SMS, email, and voice follow-up systems
• CRM automations
• AI-powered customer service
• AI hiring and candidate pre-screening
• Automated outbound prospecting
• Internal business workflow automation
• AI knowledge bases and RAG systems
• Custom API integrations
• Reporting and notification systems

Technical Skills We're Looking For

Strong experience with several of the following:

• GoHighLevel
• n8n and/or Make
• OpenAI and other LLM APIs
• REST APIs
• Webhooks
• JSON
• Twilio
• Voice AI platforms such as Vapi or Retell
• Python and/or JavaScript
• CRM integrations
• PostgreSQL / Supabase or similar databases
• RAG and AI knowledge-base systems
• OAuth/API authentication
• Git/GitHub
• Cloud deployment
• Error handling, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting

What Matters Most

We're looking for a builder, not someone who simply knows how to use ChatGPT.

You should be able to:

• Understand a client's existing business process.
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation.
• Design the technical workflow.
• Connect multiple platforms through APIs and webhooks.
• Build and deploy the solution.
• Test it thoroughly.
• Troubleshoot problems.
