Star Digital Marketing Solutions is looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Data Analyst to build and manage the data systems that power our TikTok affiliate marketing operations. You'll create scalable reporting processes, maintain data accuracy, uncover performance insights, and support strategic decisions for both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data workflows, dashboards, and reporting systems for TikTok affiliate campaigns.
• Collect, clean, and organize affiliate performance data from multiple platforms.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Monitor campaign KPIs and identify trends, opportunities, and performance issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and trackers.
• Collaborate with the Affiliate Marketing team to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop standardized processes for data management and reporting.
• Identify reporting gaps and continuously improve analytics workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign reporting, e-commerce operations, or data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas, conditional formatting, data validation).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high data accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or influencer marketing is an advantage.
