### About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious accounting professional who combines a rigorous analytical mindset with a passion for financial integrity. ### Experience

• The candidate must possess at least 1 year of professional accounting experience, preferably within a corporate finance department or a reputable accounting firm.
• Experience should include hands-on involvement with monthly closing cycles, maintaining general ledgers, and basic exposure to diverse financial reporting frameworks in a multi-tasking environment.

### Key Responsibilities

• Key duties include managing accounts payable and receivable, performing monthly bank reconciliations, and assisting in the preparation of accurate financial statements.
• You will be responsible for processing payroll, preparing tax documentation, assisting with internal and external audits, maintaining the general ledger, and performing variance analysis to support budgeting and forecasting activities.

### Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized software like QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle Financials, Xero, or Tally is essential.
• Technical expertise must include financial reporting, cost accounting, and risk management.
• Essential soft skills include exceptional attention to detail, strong ethical judgment, clear communication, and the ability to interpret complex data for non-financial stakeholders.
