About The Role
Were on the hunt for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help lead Staff Augmentation projects for global clients. Youll play a key role in coordinating distributed development teams, ensuring project success, and building strong, trust-based relationships with both clients and talent.


What Youll Be Doing

• Managing the full project lifecycle of Staff Augmentation engagements
• Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Coordinating schedules, deliverables, and priorities with multiple stakeholders
• Tracking team performance and ensuring SLA compliance
• Working closely with tech leads and recruiters to ensure alignment on skills goals, and expectations
