🚀 Project Overview

You will join a specialized Identity & Authentication design team focused on end-to-end user account management and security experiences across multi-sided consumer and enterprise platforms. In this role, you will audit existing account entry points, consolidate security settings, and design seamless sign-up/sign-in experiences using an established enterprise design system. You will partner closely with senior designers and engineering teams to transform complex authentication routing logic into intuitive, accessible, and frictionless user flows.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• **End-to-End Product Design Delivery:** Own the complete product design cycle (problem framing, user flows, wireframes, rapid MVP explorations, interactive prototypes, and production-ready designs) for account management and security features across web and mobile web platforms.
• **Cross-Flow Systems & Audit Mapping:** Conduct current-state audits and map user flows across entry points, routing logic, sign-up/sign-in flows, and account settings to identify and fix UX inconsistencies.
• **Complex Multi-Path & Edge Case Design:** Design complex, branching user flows tailored to varied account conditions, ensuring comprehensive coverage of error, recovery, empty, loading, and edge states.
