🚀 Project Overview
You will be embedded directly within client's Messaging team, focusing on dual-sided user bases across mobile apps and desktop web platforms. The primary objective is to drive quality, responsiveness, and innovation across messaging workflows. By designing intuitive AI-powered messaging features and optimizing reply patterns, your work will directly accelerate employer-candidate communication so that more conversations successfully result in hires.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- **End-to-End Product UX Design:** Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups for messaging experiences across both mobile and desktop platforms.
- **AI Feature Integration:** Lead the UX design for new AI-powered messaging features to streamline and improve interaction efficiency between users.
- **Responsiveness & Engagement Patterns:** Create design solutions—including reply prompts, expectation setting, status transparency, and re-engagement patterns—to increase responsiveness between employers and job seekers.
- **Design System Adherence & Handoff:** Leverage established design languages, components, and patterns within Figma to ensure smooth design-to-engineering handoff workflows.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with distributed, cross-functional teams across Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, and Legal.
